About Huff, Niehaus

H. Brandt Niehaus, CHB, CCIM

President/Principal Broker

Brandt Niehaus has been a part of the commercial real estate industry since 1983. He began his career at Dial-Huff & Associates, Inc. in 1988 and later became the owner, renaming the firm in January 1994.


With a focus on hotel real estate investments, Niehaus has dedicated himself to listing and selling projects ranging from independents and select-service to full-service and portfolio hotels of up to $100,000,000 in value.


Niehaus is a Certified Hotel Broker (CHB) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He holds a BBA and MBA from the University of Kentucky.


He is licensed in Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Tennessee. His brokerage office is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

With years of experience in the hotel industry, Mike has held multiple management positions with brands such as Hyatt Hotels, Preferred Hotel Group, MGM Grand Hotels, Best Western, and Quality Inn.


He is a graduate of The Institute of Hotel Management, Bombay and Harrah's College of Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.


Mike is licensed in Ohio and a member of HBI.
