How do I go about requesting information on a hotel or motel for sale?

If you are a Potential Buyer you can call our office at (502) 254.7787 or email us at hotels@huffniehaus.com.  Or, you can go to the Property Listings Page under  "Our Listings" on our website.  Under each property you will find a link that will open that property's Confidentiality Agreement and Agency Disclosure Statement (if applicable).  Complete, sign, fax or email back to us.  We will then email you an access link to the Offering Memorandum, financials and other due diligence information for your review.  Note:  These forms are for the Potential Investors only.

What if I am a real estate broker, agent or associate?

If you are a real estate broker, agent or associate, you will need to call our office and provide us with the required information. We will prepare and forward the appropriate forms and agreements.

How do I fill out the Confidentiality Agreement?

You will need to complete the Potential Investor's section.  We ask that you provide us with your full name, physical address along with your mobile phone number and email address.  In order to prevent any delays in processing your request, please be sure to print as clearly legibly.  If we are unable to read, it may cause a delay or possibly prohibit us from sending you the requested information.

How do I fill out the Agency Disclosure Statement?

Certain states require that this disclosure statement be kept on file in our office.  Please print your name as buyer at the top of the disclosure statement and then sign and date at the bottom under the heading "Consent".  Please do not alter this disclosure statement in any way.  If you do, we will be unable to accept it.

How long after my request can I expect to receive the information?

Generally you will receive the Offering Memorandum the same day as long as received before 4:00PM.  Any Confidentiality Agreement received after 4:00PM (Monday through Thursday) will be processed the following business day.  Any Confidentiality Agreement received after 4:00PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

What are Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc.'s hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:00PM.  We are closed Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.

How will the information be provided?

We will email you an access link to the complete marketing package.
